New members to Elder Board, Diaconate, and Consistory were welcomed. Elder: Brad Beals, Dan Hudson, Gerry Gothro; Deacon: Aaron Guikema; Deaconess: Kathryn Patton, Stefan Hull.

The Consistory created an Executive Committee and an Administrative Team. The president, vice president, and clerk of the Consistory shall serve on the Executive Committee. The chair of the Administrative Team and the Treasurer will be ex officio members. A least one member of the Executive Committee must be a deacon. Thom Spalding was appointed to be the chair of the Administrative Team. The Executive Committee will oversee the Administrative Team who will carry out responsibilities relative to the administration and management of URC.

A motion was passed to make URC an RCA Integrity Church. More information about RCA Integrity can be found at their website:  http://www.integrityrca.org

The next Consistory meeting will be held on 8 August at 7pm at URC.
